This cozy two-bedroom duplex is decorated in a tropical décor with comfortable furnishings. The duplex offers two private bedroom suites. Custom art depicting the resident egrets, wall murals, tapestries and stained glass windows were commissioned from a local Tybee artist specifically for this home.
All bedrooms have TV’s. The deck offers alfresco dining and the ultimate in view appreciation and added living space. A short 200-yard stroll via a private beach access takes you to a wide, uncrowded beach with the best fishing on Tybee. There is nothing between you and the beach but sand dunes and turtles!

| 50% of rental amount is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 31 days prior to arrival date. Once the deposit is charged, the reservation is confirmed and the terms of the cancellation policy are binding. |
