The tranquil setting of this secluded luxury getaway is best appreciated in the early morning and at sunset. Perfect for a bird watching vacation on the East Coast, Captain's View is known for sighting rare species during your East Coast vacation at Tybee Island. A turtle pond and protected wetlands are off the patio.
In addition to the enjoyment of the wetlands, guests enjoy secluded beach views over the treetops of the DNR protected myrtle. Daily sightings of the massive cargo Vessels pass by your windows traveling to the Savannah Port harbor. This North Shore beach house is on a quiet residential street away from the noise and crowds of the Tybee Island Pier. One of your neighbors is a Hollywood star!
A short 200-yard stroll via a private beach access takes you to a wide, uncrowded East Coast Atlanta beach with the best fishing on Tybee Island… once known as queen of south Atlantic Ocean beach resorts and beyond.
This spacious four-bedroom Beach House is decorated in a tropical décor with comfortable furnishings. Custom art depicting the resident egrets, wall murals, tapestries and stained glass windows were commissioned from a local Tybee artist specifically for this home.
The House is perfect for two families traveling together. The house is set up with a separate kitchen and two bedrooms per side with a lock off door that provides privacy if needed.
The large living room with plenty of windows looks out to the patio and turtle pond. The Living room has a 32 inch TV, DVD, Home Theatre System.
The Patio is the perfect spot for taking in North Beach’s famous sunsets. The adjacent Dining Room also has large windows for bringing in the outside beauty.
The first spacious fully outfitted kitchen offers every amenity needed. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven range and microwave. A second fully outfitted Kitchenette with full-size oven range, microwave and refrigerator is a plus for such a large beach house.
Captain’s View offers two Master Suites. The first Master Bedroom has its own private, romantic balcony providing the home’s best views. The second Master Suite has a romantic two-person whirlpool bathtub and a king-size, four-poster bed with water views and wrap around deck. Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the whirlpool while watching the sunset from your bathroom window.
The All bedrooms have TV’s. All linens provided except Beach Towels.

| 50% of rental amount and the security deposit are due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 31 days before reserved date. |
| Damages, Security and Rules Violations |
| All Guests must sign a “GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT” authorizing Luxury Living Properties to charge their credit card (not a debit card) for the total cost of any and all property damages and/or security and rules violations if any occur. Please call for special fees, guidelines and contract for events. |
