Frequent sightings of dolphins and daily beachside scenes of large container vessels originating from the Savannah Shipping Channel make binoculars a must at this Tybee beach front house rental!
The Tybee beach front rental townhouse is decorated in a "Tommy Bahamas" theme by one of Savannah's star design teams. The minute you enter the beachside colony's unit, a custom wall mural hand painted by a local Tybee Island artist greets you.
Follow the Bamboo hardwood floors up to 1700 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished beachside living space. Escape to breathtaking ocean views from our luxury beachside villa rental. The Living/Dining area has large sliding glass doors that open onto the ocean view deck with seating for six that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and alfresco dining.
To complete your vacation enjoyment, the living/dining area has a state of the- art Sony Home Theatre System with surround sound.
Adjacent to the living/dining area, take in the ocean view while cooking breakfast in the fully outfitted gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, Bosch dishwasher, and granite countertops.
As you ascend up to the master bedroom, you are again met with miles of ocean views from the large set of sliding glass doors. Your private, romantic deck with cushy wicker chairs is ideal for watching the sun come up over the Atlantic. The master bedroom and bath also has a Sony Home Theatre System with surround sound for your enjoyment in the bedroom and master bath. | 50% of rental amount is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 31 days prior to arrival date. Once the deposit is charged, the reservation is confirmed and the terms of the cancellation policy are binding. |
| Damages, Security and Rules Violations |
| All Guests must sign a "GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT" authorizing Luxury Living Properties to charge their credit card (not a debit card) for the total cost of any and all property damages and/or security and rules violations if any occur.
