Bird watching is a favorite sport for guest at the Captain's View beach vacation house. Rare species are often sighted in the privacy of this beautiful Tybee Island vacation rental property. Naturalists will appreciate the protected wetlands and turtle pond right off the beach vacation home patio. In addition to the enjoyment of the wetlands, you have beach views over the treetops of the DNR protected myrtle.
This cozy two-bedroom duplex vacation house rental is decorated in topical furnishings and décor. A local Tybee artist, specifically for this home, commissioned paintings of the resident egrets. This duplex offers two private bedroom suites each with their own bathrooms. One suite has a romantic two-person whirlpool bathtub, and a king-size, four-poster bed with water views. Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the whirlpool while enjoying the sunset from your bathroom window. Perfect for honeymooners! The second suite has two twin beds, full bath, and beautiful stained glass windows.
All bedrooms have TV’s. The deck offers alfresco dining and the ultimate in view appreciation and added living space. A short 200-yard stroll via a private beach access takes you to a wide, uncrowded beach with the best fishing on Tybee. There is nothing between you and the beach but sand dunes and turtles!

| 50% of rental amount is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 31 days prior to arrival date. Once the deposit is charged, the reservation is confirmed and the terms of the cancellation policy are binding. |

| All Guests must sign a "GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT" authorizing Luxury Living Properties to charge their credit card (not a debit card) for the total cost of any and all property damages and/or security and rules violations if any occur.
